SATYA Terms & Conditions
I agree to the following:
Umā Inder is not a medical doctor and cannot: perform surgery or invasive treatments; prescribe, administer, or recommend the discontinuation of controlled substances and drugs prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional; or cause any risk of injury, mental or physical illness or death.
The SATYA module(s) in which I enroll, any video calls, any meetings in person and Umā’s reflections, personal expressions, advice or recommendations (oral, written or otherwise) do not constitute and are not a substitute for medical care, counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, financial advice, legal counsel, or my own intuition or self-responsibility.
Furthermore, I will not use the SATYA module(s) in which I enroll, the video calls, the module materials, the shared messaging platform or any other aspect of the SATYA module(s) in which I enroll in place of diagnosis, treatment or therapy. I will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, social and family matters. I understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively mine, and Umā acknowledges that decisions and actions regarding me are my sole responsibility.
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, Umā makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. I agree to utilize the offerings of the SATYA module(s) in which I enroll with the full understanding that Umā, SATYA and any related parties are in no way liable for my decisions, actions or outcomes.
I also agree to hold Umā, SATYA and any related parties free of all liability and responsibility for any adverse situations created as a direct or indirect result of any specific recommendation, advice given or action taken while working with Umā and/or in the SATYA module(s) in which I enroll.
I understand that I am the one vital element to each SATYA module’s success for myself, and Umā cannot control me. Practices undertaken in the context of SATYA are solely my responsibility, and Umā assumes no liability for any direct or indirect outcome. I agree to be 100 percent responsible for my decisions, actions, outcomes, progress and results from SATYA.
Umā’s original materials are provided to me for my use only. The content provided in SATYA modules or any of Umā’s other training materials may not be reused or redistributed, without the written consent of Umā.
Live video sessions and other communications and content shared between Umā and me as part of the SATYA module(s) in which I enroll are confidential and may not be recorded, reproduced, repeated or otherwise disclosed to any outside party, unless first mutually agreed upon in writing by all parties to whom the disclosed information pertains. This includes photo, video, audio, online conferencing, Telegram, email, written, spoken and all other communications exchanged among Umā, other SATYA participants and/or me. The only exception to this procedure would be in a situation in which Umā is required by law to make a disclosure, or in which Umā has a good-faith belief that disclosure of information is necessary to comply with the law; to protect Umā’s or another person's rights or property; to avoid harm to me or anyone else; or to respond to an emergency. In such situations, disclosure would be limited to essential information.
I understand that my purchase of any SATYA module, consultation, content or other material or service is non-refundable.
I also agree that my access to SATYA can be revoked if my payment is delayed, if I am disruptive to SATYA modules or content; if I am disrespectful to other SATYA participants; if I cause or intend to cause harm to SATYA, Umā or any other parties affiliated with SATYA; or if I break any part of this agreement.
This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
Checking the box here indicates my full understanding of, consent to and acceptance of all content and terms within this agreement. It also indicates that I give my permission to receive newsletters or other future communications from Umā. (Subscription management options will be available.)
